The Village Penthouse Jordaan is within a short walk from numerous shops, markets, cafés and restaurants. As highlights, the Noordermarkt weekend farmer’s market draws people from throughout the city. On Mondays this is a lively antique / flea market. At least two supermarkets are situated within a short walk. The Westerstraat and Haarlemmerdijk are both renowned shopping streets, for both daily necessities but also for fashion and design. The choice of restaurants, cafés and speciality shops in the neighbourhood is sufficient to keep one entertained many weeks in a row.

* Keep the neighbours in mind when you’re outside the building in the evening.
